Theres lots you need to know about what you can and can’t do at JumpCity, but to help, we have listed some frequently asked questions and answers to help.

What time do you open?

School holidays

  • Monday – Friday: 10am – 8pm
  • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Saturdays:  9am – 8pm
  • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Sundays: 10am – 7pm

School term time

  • ⠀Monday – Friday: 4pm – 8pm
  • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Saturdays:   9am – 8pm
  • ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Sundays:  10am – 7pm

What activities are included in the jump session?

All of the activities, which include connected trampolines with trick boxes, tumble lanes, basketball lanes, cardio challenge, ninja activity and the giant airbag with a 2 metre jump tower.

Are socks required?

Yes, TRAMPOLINE socks are required for guest’s safety!  Socks are available for £2 per pair, and yours to keep.

How long does a session last?

All sessions last for one hour and start on the hour.

What is the minimum age for jumping?

All under 16’s are parent supervision and under 5’s must be accompanied in the park.


Do you have under 5 jump sessions?

We run under 5’s on :

School Holidays

  • Every day at 10am

Term Time

  • Saturdays and Sundays at 10am
Do you have Autism / Special Needs / S.E.N.D sessions?

Yes and these are every Saturday at 9am. We don’t play music, use whistles and no wristbands. These are one to one sessions with one child free for every full paying adult / carer. Siblings are welcome.

Do I need to book in advance?

We always advise our customers to book online before arriving. Why?

  • Waivers last 365 days when done online
  • It guarantees a place in the session you’re booking

Although you can walk-in and book, this does not guarantee you a place in the session and on busy hours you may be turned away.

What if someone I booked for can no longer attend?

Yes we are happy to re-arrange a booking, we require 24 hours notice.

How long before my jump session should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your session to allow for entry into the park, booking in and watching the safety briefing.


What happens if I’m late?

On busy hours you will receive the remainder of the session on arrival. if the session is not busy we tend to give our customers the extra time. BUT this is not guaranteed and will be up to the Manager on shift

Do you have parking?

We have 16 spaces outside and there is a further 30 spaces at the end of our unit that are available to the whole business park. We are also a 30 second walk from Tesco. Please be aware we are on a business park with large amounts of traffic so please do not run around outside. Please also respect our neighbors and do not park in front of those units.

Do you have lockers?

Yes, they are hired for £1 a session, if you need to return to the locker during the session please ask reception for a token.

Can my little one jump off the tower?

if you’re comfortable with them jumping from the tower, then of course!

How old do i have to be to jump?

we personally advise anyone over 5 can jump.

to sign a waiver you must be 16 or over.

if you’re under 16. A carer / parent / guardian can sign for you.

Do i have to fill out a waiver every time i jump?

a paper waiver lasts 24 hours

an online waiver lasts 365 days

if you sign a paper waiver you will have to sign another waiver after 24 hours.

Am I allowed to enter the trampoline area to watch or supervise my child?

Yes you can enter the park and use the carpeted walkways that give access to the whole arena.

Can I just watch?

Yes and we have no spectator fees. Our café overlooks the whole park.

Is the park supervised?

Our friendly, fully trained staff supervise the park for safety, to ensure that the rules are being adhered to and that everyone is as safe as possible, so you can relax and watch the fun from our café and viewing area.

Can I jump when pregnant?

No, sorry!

Do I have to wear anything in particular?

Comfortable clothing without studs and exposed zips. Trampolining is an energetic activity and you will get warm so dress appropriately. You will asked to remove any belts as part of our safety briefing, so better to wear jogging bottoms or leggings.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?

We ask that you and your guests arrive 30 minutes before your Jump time to allow for entry into the park, booking in and watching the safety briefing.  Please note traffic can be busy in the local area, particularly at peak periods.

How many part guests can I invite?

We have two party rooms that cater for 18 children each. However, the dividing wall can be pulled back to create a larger room to cater for 36 children.

Can we start the party in the party room?

In a word, no! For the safety of your guests and other patrons we feel it makes much more sense for party guest to bounce and jump around before they eat their party food.

What do I do if a parent of a child isn’t going to attend the party and how do I get the waiver for that child completed?

The parent can find our waiver link on our home page and top menu. Please complete before the party, or if that is not possible, the party organiser can complete it on the day.

Can adults join the children on the jump arena?

Of course! Our facilities are for people of all ages and any adult attending the party is welcome to join in (as long as your child doesn’t think that will cramp their style of course!). You can simply book on using our on-line booking system for the same day and time as the party, or contact our party co-ordinator who will arrange this for you. Please note that the full amount per adult is payable at time of booking and is non-refundable.

How do I arrange a party?

It’s easy, simply click on one of the Book Now buttons on our website and select your date, and the number of children attending. If you require any special arrangements, please call us on 01992 842454. or CLICK ME

Will we have to share the arena or party room with anyone else?

You will have your own party room with a dedicated party host. However the Jump Zones are shared with other patrons. If you require the whole of the arena for your own party, this can be arranged at an additional cost, but bookings must be made well in advance.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The birthday host is required to stay at the party, but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want, although this is not mandatory.

Do we have to watch the Safety briefing video every time?

Yes. the safety briefing has to be watched by everyone using the equipment. Make sure to get your stamp!

failure to watch the safety briefing will result in time lost on your jumping session.

If i just buy socks can i go on the trampolines with my child?

No. unless you are a registered carer you will have to pay to use the equipment.
