Below are some common questions regarding our COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS
We continue to follow advice from government guidelines & our governing body. As such we cannot allow reusable socks at the jump park, Socks can be purchased at reception for only £2. when these guidelines change we will revert to normal practice.
Although it is currently not mandatory to wear a face mask within leisure facilities such as trampoline parks and gyms, we look to encourage the wearing of masks to our customers. Staff whom come into immediate contact with customers will wear masks at all times.
Social distancing markers are placed throughout the building, indicating 1 & 2m distances between each other. we have also rearranged how our queuing system works and is now extended to our party rooms.
However these are guidelines & it is individual parents responsibility to adhere to these & not those of the staff to enforce.
If you are at all concerned, please do not visit until such time as you feel comfortable.
Staff are educated on signs of symptoms as well as the health and safety measures in place. If you show any of the symptoms below:
A new and continuous cough
A High temperature
A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste of smell.
This guidance has also been added to our T&C’s for making a booking to discourage guests from attending site.
Any customers presenting any of these symptoms will not be allowed access the facilities.
All staff members & members of the public will be required to have a temperature check on the front door before they enter the premises.
After every hour we now have a 15 minute gap to deep clean the entire park, this includes the jump park itself, briefing and waiting areas and reception. Tables and other areas in the cafe are cleaned once customers have vacated their table.
We always advise customers to book online as it saves time, but due to the COVID restrictions in place at jump city we heavily advise as it saves you time and prevents contact!
