[COVID] Party terms and conditions

Currently our parties are for a maximum of 15 guests and a minimum of 10. On weekdays there can be 2
parties on the hour however on weekends we are only allowing 1 party an hour.

Parties from Monday through to Thursday are £11.95 a head and parties Friday through to Sunday are
£15.95 a head. This cost includes your 1 hour jump, jump socks, your party room and the party food
which is a choice of hot dog or pizza both served with chips and unlimited juice both whilst you jump and
whilst you’re eating.

You will have access to your party room for 15 minutes before your jump session ends to decorate the
room if you wish to do so, then a further 30 minutes maximum after the jump session has ended for the
children to eat their food.

We recommend you advise your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the jump session, (there will be
temperature checks upon entry and a one way system throughout the building). This is to allow ample
time for parking, watching the safety video and for your party host to check you in. Your party host will
also get you your juice, bring your food to the party room for when the session ends and also help you out
where needed.

Inside your party room only 2 adults are allowed in at a time, if the parents wish to stay they would need
to wait upstairs in the cafe area. Also the tables inside the party room are separated so it’s 6 to a table

We ask that you leave the party room promptly at the end of your half hour slot. This is to enable our staff
adequate time to clean the room ready for the next party.

We will call you 7 days before the party date to confirm numbers and process the remaining balance in
full. Please note, once numbers have been confirmed and paid in full, we do not offer refunds or
credits to those who do not attend.

Guests who are 5 and under will require adult supervision. This adult is not required to jump, however, if
they would like to participate on the trampolines, they would need to pay at reception to do so for both the
jump and a fresh pair of jump socks which is required.

We require a completed waiver form for all participants before they will be able to jump in the arena.

Please note we allow cakes and cupcakes to be brought on site along with food that will be needed for
any children with allergies. No other food/drink is permitted.

The £50 deposit upon booking is non refundable.
