JumpCity UK is the best Indoor Trampoline Park in Hertfordshire. Based at Brookfield Farm in Cheshunt, just off the A10. In fact Jump City is the only indoor trampoline park in the area and we have 50 linked trampolines where you can jump about freely. We have two tumble lanes for budding gymnasts, a slam dunk zone, hang tough bars, jousting beam, cardio climb wall and two children’s party rooms.

Are socks required?Trampoline grip socks are required to be worn when using our equipment, regular socks that are not permitted at a trampoline park are not allowed to be worn when using the equipment.

How long does a session last?A standard jump session lasts 1 hour. Monday madness sessions last from 3:30pm - 6pm ALSO! An additional hour is only £5

What is the minimum age for jumping?Everyone is welcome to our standard sessions! All under 18's must have a waiver signed by a parent / carer / guardian All under 16's must be supervised by a parent / carer / guardian Under 5's must be able to walk unaided, supervised and accompanied within the trampoline area (Don't worry, as long as you are not using our equipment, you wont need to purchase a session as a supervising carer, parent or guardian)

Do you have under 5 / toddler jump sessions?Our Little Jumper session's run on: School Holidays at 10am Saturdays at 10am Sundays at 9am & 10am Unlimited Toddler Wednesdays runs during term time 9:30am - 12:00 / 12:30 - 15:00

Do you have Autism / Special Needs / S.E.N.D sessions?Yes and these are every Saturday at 9am. We don’t play music, use whistles and no wristbands. These are one to one sessions with one child free for every full paying adult / carer. Siblings are welcome.

Do I need to book in advance?We always advise our customers to book online before arriving. Why? Waivers last 365 days when done through our online system It guarantees a place in the session you’re booking Although you can walk-in and book, this does not guarantee you a place in the session and on busy hours you may be turned away.

What if someone I booked for can no longer attend?Unfortunately we can't offer a refund on your booking but you can fill that space with someone else.

How long before my jump session should I arrive?Please arrive 20-30 minutes before your session to allow for entry into the park, booking in and watching the safety briefing.

What happens if I’m late?On busy hours you will receive the remainder of the session on arrival. if the session is not busy we tend to give our customers the extra time. BUT this is not guaranteed and will be up to the Manager on shift

Do you have parking?We have 16 spaces outside and there is a further 30 spaces at the end of our unit that are available to the whole business park. We are also a 30 second walk from Tesco. Please be aware we are on a business park with large amounts of traffic so please do not run around outside. Please also respect our neighbors and do not park in front of those units.

Do you have lockers?Yes, they are available for £1 and are non-refundable. If you don't have coins, you are able to pay card at reception to receive a token.

Can my little one jump off the tower?Our Tower is off limits during the SEND & Toddler Sessions & we do not advise any children under the age of 5 to use the Tower!

Do I have to fill out a waiver every time I jump?An online waiver lasts 365 days

Am I allowed to enter the trampoline area to watch or supervise my child?Yes you can enter the park but, if you have not paid for yourself you must not use any of the equipment.

Can I just watch?Yes and we have no spectator fees. Our café overlooks the whole park.

Is the park supervised?Our friendly, fully trained staff supervise the park for safety, to ensure that the rules are being adhered to and that everyone is as safe as possible, so you can relax and watch the fun from our café and viewing area.

Can I jump when pregnant?No, sorry!

Do I have to wear anything in particular?Comfortable clothing without studs and exposed zips. Trampolining is an energetic activity and you will get warm so dress appropriately. You will asked to remove any belts as part of our safety briefing, so better to wear jogging bottoms or leggings. Loose jewellery is not advised such as necklaces, chains, earrings that dangle from the ear.

What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?We ask that you and your guests arrive 30 minutes before your jump time to allow for entry into the park, booking in and watching the safety briefing. Please note traffic can be busy in the local area, particularly at peak periods.

How many guests can I invite?We have two party rooms that cater for 23 children each. However, the dividing wall can be pulled back to create a larger room to cater for 46 children.

When can we get the party room?We cannot guarantee that your party room will be ready when you arrive, but you will be let into your party room 10-15 minutes before the end of your jump at the latest. We can hold any items/decorations during the duration of your jump and a party host can help with decorating if you wish to do so. We kindly ask that you leave the party room promptly at the end of your party to enable our staff adequate time to get the room cleaned and ready for the next party.

What do I do if a parent of a child isn’t going to attend the party and how do I get the waiver for that child completed?Parents and carers can find our waiver link on the homepage of our website. Once your party is booked we will send you an email which will include the waiver link for you to send out to parents. Please complete before the party, or if that is not possible, the party organiser can complete it on the day.

Can adults join the children on the jump arena?Of course! Our facilities are for people of all ages and any adult is welcome to join (as long as your child doesn’t think that will cramp their style of course!). Please note on our standard sessions everyone is charged individually so adults will have to pay for their own ticket.

Will we have to share the arena or party room with anyone else?You will have your own party room with a dedicated party host. However the jump area will be open to the rest of the public. We do offer private hires at an additional cost so the whole area will be exclusive to your guests. Prices can be found on our website or you can enquire by calling us on 01992842454!

Do I need to stay at the party?The birthday host is required to stay at the party, but other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun if they want, although this is not mandatory.

Do we have to watch the safety briefing video every time?Yes. To skip the queues you can now watch the safety briefing online before your jump! Make sure to watch the video within the 24 hour period before your session and to add the online briefing to your basket at checkout. If you are part of a party, a walk-in or haven't watched the briefing online you will still have to watch the video on site. Make sure to get your stamp! Failure to watch the safety briefing will result in time lost on your jumping session.

If I just buy socks can I go on the trampolines with my child?No. unless you are a registered carer you will have to pay to use the equipment.
