STANDARD PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We will call you 7 days before the party date to confirm numbers, either up or down, and process the balance in full. (Please note once the numbers have been confirmed and paid in full, we do not offer refunds or credit vouchers for those who do not attend). You are welcome to fill the space with another a jumper, but you will not be reimbursed for the space.

To secure your party booking we require a £50 deposit which is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another booking. This deposit will however come off your final party balance.

If your party is not paid 7 days before the date it will be cancelled once we have tried to contact, you.

We advise you to over-estimate your guest numbers when booking, as if you go over 23 guests you will need 2 rooms which we cannot accommodate once 2 parties have been booked.

Each child attending the party will need a space to be able to jump (including the party child). We cannot guarantee spaces for additional jumpers e.g siblings or adults on the day of your booking. If any additional jumpers want to book, we suggest this is done before the booking on our website (jumpcityuk.co.uk) or to add jumpers onto your party please call us in advance to prevent them not being able to jump on the day of your party.

We recommend you advise, your guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to the jump session to allow time for parking, checking in and watching our safety video.

We require a completed waiver form for all participants before they will be allowed to use our equipment in the court. They will not be allowed onto the court until this is completed and will not be allowed extra time if completion is delayed. The waiver of a minor needs to be signed and completed by someone over the age of 18.

You will have access to the party room 10 minutes prior to the end of the jump session to decorate if you wish to do so. We kindly ask that you leave the party room promptly at the end of your party to enable our staff adequate time to get the room cleaned and ready for the next party. Extra time in the party room is not permitted due to our high influx of parties.

The hot food menu will be either a hot dog or a slice of pizza and chips with unlimited juice.

Your guests will have one hour of jumping in the park upon your selected jumping session and then 30 minutes in the party room.

You will have a dedicated party host and the jump socks are included.

Please note we allow cakes and cupcakes to be brought on site along with food that will be needed for any children with allergens. No other food or drinks are permitted as we have a duty of care towards other customers to know what allergens might be on site.

Guests who are 5 and under will require an adult to supervise on the court with them they do not have to jump however if they want to jump, they will need to book and pay for a jump space.

We do not have a minimum jumping age however jumpers do need to be able to walk unassisted to be able to participate.

IF YOU OR ANY MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY ARE LATE FOR YOUR BOOKING WE CAN NOT MOVE OR GIVE EXTRA TIME FOR YOUR JUMP.

Party bookings are a minimum booking of 10 people. Parties of fewer than 10 people will be charged at the minimum rate based on 10 people.

All jumpers must wear Jump socks provided and watch the safety briefing prior to jumping.

Jump city do not take responsibly for any belongings left in our shoe buckets or party rooms. Lockers are provided for any valuables at a £1 charge.

Any cakes, balloons or party decorations given to your party host to store in our cupboard are at your own risk. Jump City can not compensate any damage coursed.

Sparklers are NOT permitted on site.

Birthday cakes are no longer allowed to be eaten on site; you are still more then welcome to do the happy birthday song along with blowing out the candles however you can not eat the cake on site. Your party hosts will happily help you cut up and hand out the cake.

Due to the introduction of Natasha’s Law (The UK Food Information Amendment) coming into force on the 1st of October 2021, we have had to implement some conditions for bringing in birthday cakes for parties. Any birthday cake, cupcakes or party celebration cakes brought into a party, must be a shop bought cake in a box or a cake by a reputable baker/cake maker with the following information attached: · Name of the food. · Full ingredients list, with allergenic ingredients emphasised (for example in bold, italics or a different colour).

Homemade cakes, unfortunately, will no longer be allowed to be brought into birthday parties. It is your responsibility as organiser of the party to ascertain any allergies that your guests may have and take appropriate action. Please do not put our staff in the embarrassing situation of having to tell you that you cannot bring your cake in to your party.

No catering can be brought into the centre by the party organiser or guests, except for the birthday cake, which must be shop brought with the full ingredients displayed.
