Thats right, Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or hate the gym, then Ablitzeration is for you! The boot-camp session moulds around your fitness needs and provides an all round great workout!

Walking, running, climbing. Your feet will be put to the test. Our dedicated instructors, will work your way around the trampoline park utilising our equipment as well as additional workout equipment

We train to achieve agility, co-ordination and aerial awareness. Agility improves reaction time, while strengthening co-ordination enable you to use different part of their body at the same time, in a seamless manner.
